Nasalcrom Nasal Spray for Children is used to treat nasal congestion in children. It also helps to decrease post nasal drip and sneezing. Nasalcrom is not an antihistamine but works by stabilizing mast cells which are involved in allergic responses. It should not be used in children under the age of 2 years old without medical advice. It is usually administered with one spray in each nostril every 4 to 6 hours. Nasalcrom should not be used for more than 12 weeks without a doctor’s advice.
